Born Dec. 30, 1949 in Brantford, Canada, Dave started out playing Friday night dances in and around the Toronto area in a duo called Sidekicks.
One summer in the Ottawa Valley was all it took for Dave to begin his song writing career which led to his first CD, My Special Place.

Dave's debut CD / EP is a six-song record of folk / country stylings featuring stories about the Ottawa Valley, where he spent much time as a boy. Written entirely by Dave, this well-received 2005 effort has attracted considerable air play and continues to impress.
